He examined the a/c and found 1 condenser finished and compressor broken. He said he had 2 portable a/c units he could bring so we would not have to move my ill husband and I to a hotel. He came back with the units and set them up. to cool down our house. This was completed after 12 midnight. He said he would check on us the next day. This all happened on a Saturday night. Ethan said they could come back on Monday to discuss a new a/c at our request. He did return with a quote that we thought was fair and we organized to install the next day Tuesday.
