Here is our honest winter advice, and it applies double at your elevation: get your furnace inspected before the cold front hits. Chances are, if we check it beforehand, it will not go out during it. We find the failing parts early and fix them while it is still comfortable outside.
Our furnace tune-up is a real inspection, not a glance. We check and adjust gas pressure, inspect the heat exchanger with a camera, measure blower amp draw and airflow, and check for gas leaks. Once a year, ideally in the fall.
Then summer comes, and your AC gets its turn. One local team, both seasons, no contracts required. We simply reach out in fall and spring, and you decide.
We work throughout the Cedar City area: Fiddlers Canyon, Cross Hollow, the downtown and Southern Utah University area, and nearby Enoch.
That covers a real mix. Established family neighborhoods, newer developments, and the student and rental housing around the university. Landlords are welcome too. Our trucks come up stocked, so most repairs finish on the first visit even this far north.
