Great experience. Honest and will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone. Willing to do the repair rather than try and sell us a whole new unit.

I had an excellent experience with Cox Climate Control! Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed a serious issue with my air conditioner that had been causing me a lot of trouble. He fixed it much faster than I expected, and everything has been working perfectly ever since.
I truly appreciate the honest service, fast response, and high-quality work. I highly recommend Cox Climate Control to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service. Thank you, Ethan!

Ethan came out in an Emergency call at Night when our a/c quit workingThe temperature was 109. He examined the a/c and found 1 condenser finished and compressor broken. He said he had 2 portable a/c units he could bring so we would not have to move my ill husband and I to a hotel. He came back with the units and set them up. to cool down our house. This was completed after 12 midnight. He said he would check on us the next day. This all happened on a Saturday night. Ethan said they could come back on Monday to discuss a new a/c at our request. He did return with a quote that we thought was fair and we organized to install the next day Tuesday. If you are looking to replace your A/C you could not find a more competent, caring, reliable Company. We highly recommend Cox Climate Control.

We recently had to replace our entire AC system and after lots of research, we chose Cox. We are so glad we did! Devin was patient as we explored many different options, drafted a few quotes for us, and answered all of our many questions. The team that came out to do the install was great as well! We felt very confident using Cox for such a big project.

Our AC unit randomly stopped working on a Sunday. It was July, during monsoons and things were pretty dire. (The chocolate chips in my pantry even melted!) Devin with Cox Climate Control answered the call and we had cool air that evening! He showed up, gave a great quote and didn’t pressure us to upgrade our unit. I cannot recommend them enough!

Cox Climate went above and beyond to take care of us in the middle of July! Tough to get service when you need it most. I was impressed about their competitive pricing and quick response! It’s refreshing to see companies that still value customers and taking care of the ‘little guy.’

Cox Climate Control is the ONLY way to go!!!! My AC went out in the middle of the night, so I called first thing in the morning. They had a technician at my house that afternoon, and my AC was repaired the same day.

From the very first phone call to the final invoice, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, were professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable.

It’s hard to find companies that provide this level of customer service these days, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cox Climate Control to anyone needing HVAC service.
