Ethan came out in an Emergency call at Night when our a/c quit workingThe temperature was 109. He examined the a/c and found 1 condenser finished and compressor broken. He said he had 2 portable a/c units he could bring so we would not have to move my ill husband and I to a hotel. He came back with the units and set them up. to cool down our house. This was completed after 12 midnight. He said he would check on us the next day. This all happened on a Saturday night. Ethan said they could come back on Monday to discuss a new a/c at our request. He did return with a quote that we thought was fair and we organized to install the next day Tuesday. We recently had to replace our entire AC system and after lots of research, we chose Cox. We are so glad we did! Devin was patient as we explored many different options, drafted a few quotes for us, and answered all of our many questions. The team that came out to do the install was great as well! Our AC unit randomly stopped working on a Sunday. It was July, during monsoons and things were pretty dire. (The chocolate chips in my pantry even melted!) Devin with Cox Climate Control answered the call and we had cool air that evening! He showed up, gave a great quote and didn’t pressure us to upgrade our unit. Cox Climate Control is the ONLY way to go!!!! My AC went out in the middle of the night, so I called first thing in the morning. They had a technician at my house that afternoon, and my AC was repaired the same day.

From the very first phone call to the final invoice, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, were professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable.
